hello! ๐๐ฟ law school experiencer here, chiming in to clarify the difference between a โrulingโ and a โjudgementโ. Both are statements by the court, usually giving a directive to be followed. However, a ruling appears in the middle of the case โ say, after a mention or hearing โ and a judgment is the final statement of the court on the case, which appears at the very end of the case. It is judgements which are seen as significant to the law, which are quoted & referenced, which are what we were reading together in this article.
Iโm also chiming in to say, imagine the Attorney General calling you โa cry babyโ in court documents ๐ญ๐๐๐ as part of the Stateโs defense!! ๐๐ omg now Iโm going to read the full case โ because also WHAT A STRATEGY on the part of LEGABIBO & the applicant Letsweletse!
